Central PA schools looking to increase number of women in STEM programs

Women make up nearly half of the U.S. workforce, but only 27% of them work in science, technology, engineering and math, according to the U.S. Census.

So, schools in Central Pennsylvania are looking to increase the number of women working in STEM fields by giving them mentors who often went through the same struggles.
