The first female mechanic maintenance technician at John F. Kennedy International Airport is sharing her love of aviation with young minds in Central PA.
Her organization, Black Women in Aviation, held its first annual future aviator workshop over the weekend.
The 24 participating students from all over the area got an exclusive tour of the airport, a corporate aircraft and a private hangar.
