CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — Back-to-back crashes at the same location have shut down Interstate 81 in Franklin County for hours today.
Around 8:30 a.m. a tractor-trailer crashed and blocked all southbound lanes between Exit 14, Pa. 316/Wayne Avenue and Exit 10, Pa. 914/Marion, which is just south of Chambersburg.
