The Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts is back with a packed schedule of performances after a two-year absence.
Entertainment venues are scattered around downtown State College and on Penn State’s campus. Wristbands are required for admission to some performances. They are available for $15 at locations around State College. Find a full list at arts-festival.com/button.
