Teachers can get free treat and coffee from McDonald’s restaurants in central Pa.

Teachers in central Pa. can get a free bakery item and cup of coffee as a thank you for their hard work during the COVID-19 pandemic from Harrisburg area McDonald’s restaurants.

The free, unlimited “Thank You Treats” are available Jan. 6-15 at participating restaurants. McDonald’s did not indicate which of its locations in the Harrisburg area are participating.

Teachers can redeem the offer any time of the day with a valid school I.D.

“We are honored to support our local teachers who have overcome many challenges amid the pandemic and have continued to adapt their teaching models to educate the students in the Harrisburg community,” says Scott Kavlick, a Pennsylvania McDonald’s owner/operator and Susquehanna Co-Op President. “These educators are truly the backbone of our community and we are proud to show our appreciation any way we can.”
