Flash Flood watch in effect for parts of Pennsylvania until Tuesday morning

Meteorologists are urging drivers to avoid flooded roadways, as rain pushes across Pennsylvania on Labor Day. A flash flood watch is in effect for most of central Pennsylvania until Tuesday morning.
