Pa. car crash leads U.S. Marshals to Manhattan murder suspects

Two murder suspects were arrested in Pennsylvania after they were involved in a car crash in Dauphin County.

The U.S. Marshals Service arrested the two suspects early Friday morning March 22.

Both Halley Tejada and Kensly Alston were taken into custody in York on charges of receiving stolen property. The charges stem from a motor vehicle accident that happened on March 13, when the vehicle Alston was driving collided with another, causing an accident on Jonestown Road, Dauphin County.

Convicted sex offender operated carnival games across Central Pennsylvania; PSP

A convicted sex offender who allegedly operated carnival games across Central Pennsylvania has been arrested by Pennsylvania State Police.

State Police say Richard Lee Ridley, 53, owned and operated a carnival game business under the name R.S. Entertainment despite being deemed a sexually violent predator.

Arrest made in airport parking garage shooting that killed Philadelphia officer

One man has been arrested and at least two other people are being sought in an airport parking garage shooting that killed a Philadelphia police officer and injured another last week, authorities said.

Yobranny Martinez Fernandez, 18, of Camden County, New Jersey, was arrested before dawn Monday in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, and was being held in that state on a fugitive warrant.

Uriah P. Groff, 22, of Lancaster, had videos saved on his phone when investigators searched through it on Monday, PSP said.

Man wanted in triple homicide is captured in Philadelphia; victims include 2 children

A fugitive wanted in the fatal shooting of three people, including two children who’d been playing with kittens in the backyard of their Pennsylvania home, has been captured in Philadelphia, federal officials said Wednesday.

The U.S. Marshals Service said Ivan Claudio Rosero, 27, was located at a park and taken into custody without incident Tuesday night.

Central Pa. man arrested in sex trafficking scheme that took place in 4 counties: AG

A Chambersburg man was charged Tuesday on allegations that he ran a sex trafficking operation through at least four central Pa. counties, the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office announced.

Joseph “Jay” Pulizzi is charged with felony counts of trafficking of individuals, involuntary servitude, aggravated assault and more, the AG’s office said.

Central Pa. woman charged with hitting state police horse

A woman was taken into custody after state troopers say she interfered with an arrest and struck a state police horse in Indiana County as college-age revelers were celebrating “IU Patty’s Day.”

According to a report from Pennsylvania State Police, New Kensington woman, Gabriela Rae Kerston, 20, was charged with a felony count of police animals, and misdemeanor counts of obstructing administration of law, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Man allegedly recorded people using bathroom at local university

After being confronted for reportedly videotaping a man as he used a bathroom on a university campus, the accused punched the alleged victim in the face and ran away.

While using the bathroom on Feb. 16 inside the Hetzel Union Building on Penn State’s campus just before 6 p.m., the accuser noticed a camera facing him, said officers with Penn State University Police department.

Woman gets life sentence for killing husband: ‘He got what he deserved’

A Quarryville woman who lured her husband to a bank parking lot before shooting him repeatedly will spend the rest of her life in state prison, a Lancaster County judge ruled this week.

Danielle Bewley, 30, was convicted of first-degree murder following a five-day bench trial that ended Dec. 21, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.

Peyton Harris, of Mifflintown, Pennsylvania, was accused of hosting a party at his home, furnishing alcohol to minors using a false ID, and taking photos and videos of minors engaged in sexual activity, officials said.

Central Pa. man hit 2 people with aluminum baseball bat: police

A Lancaster County man was arrested Tuesday for assaulting two people with a baseball bat, police said.

Pennsylvania State Police said Kerr M. Graham, 51, of Conestoga, hit one of the victims in the head three times with an aluminum baseball bat Sunday afternoon. The other was allegedly hit in the arm while trying to intervene.

Couple from Hawaii charged in counterfeit art scheme in central Pa.

A couple from Hawaii has been charged with fraud and money laundering in connection with selling counterfeit art internationally and in central Pennsylvania, according to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.

A federal grand jury indicted Earl Marshawn Washington and his wife Zsanett Nagy, of Honolulu, on charges of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, bank fraud, mail fraud, and money laundering and wire fraud related to the sale of fraudulent woodcuts.

Man charged with string of thefts from vehicles across Central PA, police say

Police in Dauphin County say a man was taken into custody in connection with a string of vehicle thefts across Central Pennsylvania.

According to the Lower Paxton Township Police Department, officers were called to the area of Clarendon and Marblehead Streets for a report of someone stealing from vehicles around 5:45 AM on December 16.

Erie, Pennsylvania (WJET/WFXP/YourErie.com) — A man has been arrested in West Virginia for allegedly kidnapping a teenage girl from her home in Erie County, Pennsylvania.

Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) reported on Aug. 11 that a 14-year-old girl was reported missing on Aug. 9 from her home in Amity Township, Erie County.
