State agency issues warning to central Pa. school district amid reports of racial hostility

The state agency that enforces Pennsylvania’s civil rights laws and fights unlawful discrimination is encouraging anyone in the Lower Dauphin School District to report any incidents of hate or discrimination.

The Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission on Thursday issued a stern message directed at the school district in the wake of reports from students and parents of widespread and unaddressed racial intimidation and hostility.
