A winter storm is expected to bring rain and snow to central Pennsylvania on Wednesday.
“It’s a marginal storm for us. I think it’s mostly going to make wet roads and pavements, but we could get a little accumulation, especially on the grass and some of the higher elevations,” Chief Meteorologist Joe Calhoun said.
