LANCASTER COUNTY — Many students across Central PA are halfway through the first week of classes.
Some schools are returning to action with in-person learning, while others are fully online.
For districts using a hybrid model, students are likely to have three days on remote instruction, during which schools take part in a deep cleaning.
Cleaning supplies will be in high demand for schools this fall as they dedicate hours to scrubbing, washing and disinfecting on a regular basis.
At Penn Manor, its all about the products they use and the areas they cover.
“We feel really strongly that we need to have students in classrooms at desks learning from teachers,” said Penn Manor School District Superintendent Mike Leichliter. Obviously, education looks so different this year than it does in a typical year.
In-person learning is the goal and the challenge is doing it safely.
