Historic central Pa. inn and restaurant is for sale again

A historic inn with a familiar name is once again for sale.

The Accomac Inn along the banks of the Susquehanna River in Hellam Township, York County, is listed for $1.3 million, according to Rock Commercial Real Estate in York.

Owner Tom Ott, who purchased the inn in 2019, rebuilt and restored most of the stone structure including original stone walls, interior walls, ceilings and a new HVAC system.

“We are looking forward to finding a buyer who loves the historic atmosphere of the Accomac Inn and is prepared to bring their creativity and fresh vision for a new restaurant or event venue,” Ott said in a statement.
