No more than a dusting of snow atop grassy areas is expected in the Harrisburg region as a storm moves winter weather across the northeastern United States, but other parts of Pennsylvania could see accumulation of a foot or more.
That’s according to National Weather Service meteorologist Kevin Fitzgerald, who works out of the service’s State College office.
While a winter weather advisory for the Harrisburg region ended at 7 p.m., the possibility of snow has not disappeared, Fitzgerald said.
