Coldest air of the season arrives Tuesday in south-central Pennsylvania

The coldest air of the season is dropping temperatures in south-central Pennsylvania.

“We can see wind gusts up close to 30 m.ph., or a little higher as this upper low is on top of us. The strong wind leads to the cold conditions, which is why we made it an Impact Day, ” said WGAL Meteorologist T.J. Springer.
