Many Central PA residents woke up this morning to a winter wonderland. Luckily, Pennsylvania and its residents are no stranger to winter weather conditions.
“I love winter But I want white out all the time, it’s fantastic, so I woke up happy and rested because I got to sleep in” says Sean Kunkle of Harrisburg.
