A Perry County man is accused of raping a girl who reported the assaults earlier this month after years of abuse.
49-year-old Phillip Lee Poust is charged with three counts each of rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault of a minor and dissemination of sexually explicit materials to a minor.
