Central Pa. is warming up, but gusty winds and rain are on the way

Up to 50 mph winds and rain could put a huge damper on an otherwise unusually warm February week in central Pennsylvania, according to forecasters.

The week has started out uneventful, weather-wise, and will likely remain that way Wednesday. The National Weather Service is calling for sunny skies and about 50-degree highs.
