A man police agencies in multiple states have deemed the “beanie bandit” allegedly stole over $4,000 worth of items from two central Pennsylvania stores.
The Lycoming Regional Police Department (LRPD) says they were called to the CVS Pharmacy on Lycoming Creek Road, Old Lycoming Township, to investigate a retail theft on February 10.
