A soaking, steady rain Friday could lead to flooding in parts of the midstate, forecasters said in a hazardous weather outlook.
One to two inches of rain will fall Friday afternoon into the evening, according to the National Weather Service.
The weather outlook was issued Friday morning for the entire midstate. The probability of widespread hazardous weather is low, forecasters said.
