A central Pennsylvania confectionary company was fined more than $14,500 after two workers fell into a vat of chocolate at an M&M/Mars factory last June, federal safety officials said.
In a report released on Friday, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration fined Mars Wrigley $14,502 and cited the company for failing to properly train or authorize externally contracted workers to work in the tanks at the M&M/Mars factory in Elizabethtown.
